Exercise has always been a struggle for me, but finding reformer pilates through Vaura has really benefited me in more ways than one. I am always excited to come to class, as the trainers push me and encourage me to step outside my comfort zone. And as a result of this, in every single class I take, I achieve something I couldn’t in the previous class.
