Vaura classes allow you the flexibility to push yourself in terms of weight, pace or intensity. When my girlfriend first brought me along I assumed it would be a slow pace, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much variation there is in the classes and how rewarding the workouts are each week. If you are looking to complement your weight training, or are seeking to do a whole-body workout in one session like me, I highly recommend you come along to Vaura!

I often compare Vaura Pilates to the “first class” of Pilates studios. Once you go first class, you can never go back to economy class – no studio will ever measure up now. The classes are amazing, each one is a complete body workout that will make your legs shake. Serious quality staff, so welcoming from day one, especially for nervous newbies. They make you feel right at home. Could not rate this studio highly enough.

Love love love Vaura Pilates! The studio is awesome and has an upbeat vibe, cool lights and great music. The instructors are fun, motivating and approachable and ensured I felt confident going into my first Reformer Pilates class. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vaura to anyone!

The best workout I’ve done in a while. Time flies by and you feel so good afterwards. The lighting and music makes the whole experience so fun; and all the instructors are amazing. 5/5

Exercise has always been a struggle for me, but finding reformer pilates through Vaura has really benefited me in more ways than one. I am always excited to come to class, as the trainers push me and encourage me to step outside my comfort zone. And as a result of this, in every single class I take, I achieve something I couldn’t in the previous class. Vaura has taught me to care about being strong and balanced, both mentally and physically, as opposed to just “being fit”, and for that I am grateful.

I absolutely love Vaura! Every class so far has been so different so you don’t go knowing what’s in store and I love that the instructors all have great energy. It’s been the best mix-up from my usual exercise routine and cannot recommend it enough!

I have done 5 classes and am addicted to it already. The atmosphere, vibe, trainers and music make for such a great experience. The workouts are never the same and I always leave feeling I have worked every part of my body. I couldn’t recommend Vaura more!

All of the trainers are so lovely and the whole vibe of the place is great. I love that I get a full-body workout in each class, and I’m already feeling better for joining.

There are so many things I love about Vaura, but the two that stand out the most is the constant enthusiasm of the trainers and the fact that working out no longer feels like a chore!
